The company completed a localized mechanical seal upgrade for a high-temperature hot oil pump at a petrochemical customer. A tandem double-end-face seal eliminated leakage points within two weeks, the unit runs stably, and seal spare part procurement costs fell by about 40%.

For customers' aging imported pump units, the company provides replacement solutions based on on-site measurement and hydraulic review — new units run significantly more efficiently, with supply cycles less than half of the original.

Through a standardized process of on-site measurement, reverse design and material verification, the company delivers critical centrifugal pump spare parts in just 15 days, effectively supporting customers' maintenance windows.

The company helped a customer localize key components of a German-brand magnetic pump — shortening lead times and saving procurement and maintenance costs without compromising performance, with prompt on-site support to keep equipment running reliably.

The company has launched joint research and development with professors from the School of Fluid Power and Control at Lanzhou University of Technology, gaining capabilities for on-site pump upgrade analysis and design as well as CFD flow simulation — technical support for localized upgrades of imported pump equipment.
