Some imported pump units have been in service for years, suffering from declining efficiency and hard-to-source spare parts; complete replacement with OEM models takes a long time and costs a great deal. We adopt a service model of on-site measurement + hydraulic review + localized full-unit replacement: first reviewing the original pump's flow, head, NPSH and mounting dimensions, then redesigning and manufacturing a full unit with identical mounting interfaces for direct on-site replacement without modification. The first batch of replacement units has recently completed installation and commissioning. Measured operating efficiency improved by about 8 percentage points over the old units, supply cycles were cut by more than half, and follow-up repair spare parts are guaranteed from our standing inventory — greatly reducing the customer's total lifecycle cost.
