Petrochemical plants mostly run continuously, with centrifugal pumps often operating under high temperature, high pressure, flammable and explosive, corrosive media conditions — unplanned shutdowns are hugely costly. Imported-brand pumps and spare parts have long lead times and high prices, maintenance windows are tight, and demands on part quality, interchangeability and supply response are extremely high.

Our core team members have worked at Sulzer, Flowserve, John Crane, Burgmann, ITT and other multinational pump companies, with 10+ years of experience in the petrochemical field. Familiar with API standard pump structures and operating conditions, we offer integrated solutions from spare-part measurement and material selection to full-unit replacement. Through joint research with the School of Fluid Power and Control at Lanzhou University of Technology, we have on-site capabilities for centrifugal pump upgrade analysis and design as well as CFD flow simulation.

Services & Typical Scenarios

We have completed supply of components for US- and European-brand petrochemical centrifugal pumps, as well as localization of German-brand magnetic drive pumps. Products and spare parts cover BB2/BB5, OH, VS6 and other pump types, with piece-by-piece inspection and full-traceability quality control; sealing capability covers -1 to 300 barg and -196 °C to 400 °C. Our six-location service network — Suzhou, Shanghai, Dalian, Jinzhou, Tianjin and Guangxi — ensures fast delivery and on-site service within maintenance windows.
